Spicy Ubons Manicotti

Ingredients
- 1 box manicotti shells
- 1 lb Italian sausage browned and drained
- 1 package medium ricotta cheese
- 16 oz spinach cooked and drained
- 16 oz mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 bottle Ubons Pitmaster's Hot & Spicy Bloody Mary Mix

Instructions
- Cook and drain the spinach
- Brown and drain the Italian sausage, crumble
- Combine sausage, ricotta cheese, spinach and 8oz of shredded mozzarella, stuff into the manicotti shells
- Place in casserole dish
- Pour 1 bottle of Ubons Hot & Spicy Bloody Mary Mix over top and bake covered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees (or until pasta is tender)
- Top with remaining cheese and bake uncovered until cheese is melted and bubbling
